WALLABY Early access

In development · Early access requests open

A sales troop for the founder who sells alone.

WALLABY is being built for small businesses with no sales team: virtual sales workers, coordinated by a virtual manager, laid out on an org chart you design.

No launch date yet and nothing to pay for. Requests go straight to Lucky.

A round org-chart table: a manager bot on a raised purple pedestal in the centre, six worker bots on pods around it linked by coral lines to the manager and a sage ring to each other, glowing account cards stepping from seat to seat, an intake rail feeding cards in on the left and an outreach rail carrying cards out on the right Drag to spin

The idea

The org chart is the product.

Most small businesses never get to hire a sales team. WALLABY gives you the shape of one, built from software, that you arrange the way you would arrange people.

01 · Hire

Hire a virtual worker the way you would hire a person.

Each worker gets a job, a queue, a target and a clear point where it hands off. It sits in a seat on the org chart rather than in a chat window.

02 · Manage

A virtual manager keeps the team on the right accounts.

The manager decides who works which account, keeps quality in check and passes the conversations that matter to you.

03 · Grow

Grow by adding to the org chart, not by hiring.

Need more research? Add a researcher. Need more outreach? Add another rep. The team changes shape as your business does.

The troop

Sketch the team you would hire first.

These are the roles we are designing. Tap Hire first on any seat and it is ticked in your early access request, so Lucky knows where to start with you.

Always in the troop

The manager

Sets priorities across the account list, assigns work, stops two workers chasing the same account and escalates real interest to you.

Prospector

Builds and ranks the target-account list from the kind of customer you describe.

The manager

Workers do jobs. The manager makes them a team.

Six separate automations are six separate problems. The manager is what WALLABY is being designed around.

  • Gives each account to the right workerBased on where the account is and what it needs next.

  • Stops two workers chasing one accountOne owner per account at a time.

  • Hands qualified replies to youYou take the conversations that need a human.

  • Changes priorities for the whole troop at onceNew target customer, new focus, one instruction.

  • Keeps one history per accountContext travels with the account, not with the worker.

How it works

One account, passed hand to hand.

The context moves with the account, so no worker starts from a blank page and you only step in when there is someone worth talking to.

  1. Describe your customer

You say what a good account looks like and what to leave alone.

  2. Prospect

The Prospector builds the list and ranks it.

  3. Research

The Researcher adds the context that makes outreach specific.

  4. Reach out

The Outbound Rep runs the sequence you approved.

  5. Qualify

The Qualifier sorts real intent from noise.

  6. Hand to you

You join when an account is ready for a real conversation.

Who it's for

For businesses that need sales before they can afford a sales team.

Solo founders

You still take the important calls. The list-building, research and repeat outreach stop starting with you.

Local B2B services

Reach property managers, clinics, contractors or any defined group of accounts without building an SDR team.

Specialty manufacturers

Turn a narrow customer profile into an organised account list and steady outreach.

Early startups

Find a repeatable way to reach customers before deciding what a human sales team should look like.

JOEY is the rep. KANGAROO is the manager. WALLABY is the whole troop.

JOEY and KANGAROO were built for car sales teams. WALLABY takes the same thinking to companies that have no sales team at all. Read the family page.
